Compensation Estimate - Arm Injury
Serious fractures of one or both arms where there is significant or permanent disability from £19,500 to £29,000 for any given arm injury.
For serious fractures of one or both arms where a substantial degree of recovery has taken place or is anticipated awards are likely to be between £9,000 -£19,500 for any given arm injury.
Uncomplicated fractures of the radius and/or ulna bones where complete recovery has been made within a short period of time £3,000 for any given arm injury. Where there is modest or residual disability up to £9,000.
